  My son just graduated from High School and to celebrate, he and his friends took a trip to Mammoth Mountain to Snowboard. Driving through Bishop, they were pulled over for not having a front license plate. As he was already taking College Classes and working full time, he couldn't make the 6 hour drive to Bishop to show his front license plate. The Court went into his Bank Account at Wells Fargo, drained it of the $739 that was in it, and are now trying to extort another $508 from him!!! What a bunch of low life shysters! They are worse than the mob as at least the Mob can't legally get away with ripping off Americans! How can anyone justify a Fine of $1,247 for not having a license plate on their front bumper?! Crooks!!! I ended up having to hire a local Lawyer to get this issue taken care of for my son. That cost another $600. The State of California is a beautiful state but it's Local and State Government are like a Malignant Cancer! Vote Governor Moonbeam Jerry Clown and the rest of the DemonKKKrats out of office!
